10-Week Bootcamp Itinerary
A military-style assault course designed to push the competitive… but built so everyone can get stuck in, have a laugh, and improve their fitness week by week.
Week 1 – TLA (Timed Lap Accumulator)
Hit the assault course and rack up as many laps as possible within the time cap.
Each lap includes multiple exercise stations—work at your own pace, but keep moving.
Week 2 – Zig-Zag Circuits
Partner up with someone of similar ability and move across the meadow.
A mix of bodyweight exercises, teamwork, and constant movement.
Week 3 – Stretcher Racing
Team challenge. A military stretcher loaded with a 35kg bag must be carried around the course.
Expect regular stops for exercises—this one tests strength, grit, and teamwork.
Week 4 – Relays
Two teams go head-to-head across a series of relay stations.
Bodyweight, weighted, and functional exercises combine for a full-body blast.
