Class Timetable

Monday

10am – Rise and Shine Gym Class

1 hour

A Gym and studio-based session. We use both the gym, free weights and functional training equipment to create a good all round conditioning class that’s open to all abilities. A great start to the working week.

6.30pm – Circuit Training

1 hour

Creative exercise, great music with a group of like-minded people. This session is built around our workout Rig in the Studio. Open to all abilities.

Tuesday

6.30pm – Spinning

45 minutes

For all those that love to cycle, this uplifting class uses pumping music that makes the legs beg for more.

Wednesday

6.30pm – SCC60

1 hour

A mix of martial arts and Boxing moves with a cluster of cardio and strength challenges. A high intensity session with dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells. Be prepared to sweat.

6.30pm – Bootcamp

1 hour

An outdoor military assault course that pushes the most competitive exerciser. This class runs from April to June in place of SCC60.

Thursday

9.30am – MegaMix

1 hour

A creative mixup of workouts with strength and conditioning sets. dumbbells, barbells, ViPRs and kettlebells are used with high reps to assist in a high energy calorie burner.

7pm – Stronger

1 hour

Want to learn how to lift confidently, then join this motivated mixed group. Its fun creative instructor will lead you through a series of moves to help you lift perfectly.

Saturday

10am – Hiit45

45 minutes

High Intensity interval training is a must for those that need to burn calories quick. This 45 minute session packs an incredible amount of reps in with minimum recovery time, ensuring you continue the calorie burn long after the session.
