Mon 10am MG Fitness Day (First Monday of the Month) *Starts July 7th 2008
This day is for all abilities wanting to get the most out of their exercise and of course increase their potential to burn maximum calories.

Mon 10.30am Stretch and Tone (All Abilities)
Stretch and tone, is a class that uses various exercise combinations. Light Aerobics, Toning exercises using dumbells, Floor exercises using yoga and Pilates movements.A great introduction to new exercisers.
Mon 6.30pm Circuit Training (All Abilities)
Set to music and using the machines of the gym, this high impact exercise class will help to improve the fitness of all, from the not so fit through to the very fit. This is also a great out of season training for sports people.
Mon 7.30pm Korean Kick Fit (All Abilities) *New
A combination of Kick Boxing and fitness training. A great mixture of drills and Circuit fitness roled into one.This class will suit those who love martial arts as well as those that just want to keep fit. This class is open to all abilities. Please print and fill out a health questionnaire at the bottom of the page and bring along to the first class. Price £5, discounts for block bookings.

Wed 10am & Fri 9.30am Nordic Walking (walking with poles)
Nordic walking is very similar to that of light running, yet having lower impact on the joints.This class is set up to help people from around the area to enjoy the sociability of walking in a group of like minded people - keeping the pace at a conversational level. These are solid workouts, with clear fitness benefits.
Wed 6.15pm Tai-Bo (All Abilities)
Using martial arts and Kick boxing moves and set to music this is a must for stress busting, burning fat, toning and shaping the legs, tummy and butt.
Fri 2pm Light Circuit Training (All Abilities)
For those who like the gym but need a little less impact but a little motivation, Light Circuits is great. Using all your major muscles to help lose weight, tone and shape. We finish the class with floor exercises and stretching.
MG BootCamp various dates (please contact me for more details)
MG Boot camp is an outdoor military style exercise class, so come rain or shine this class will push the most competitive of exercisers. However it's fun and open to all abilities to start and progress over the weeks. Great for weight loss and for those wanting out of season training.
