Monday 9.15am Nordic Walking (walking with poles)
Nordic walking is very similar to that of light running, yet having lower impact on the joints.This class is set up to help people from around the area to enjoy the sociability of walking in a group of like minded people - keeping the pace at a conversational level. These are solid workouts, with clear fitness benefits.
Nordic Walking for health is a more gentle, social class for beginners or new to exercise.

Monday 10am Body Blitz (All Abilities)*
Using Aerobic Moves, Dumbells to Tone, Step boxes to raise the heart rate and X-Bars to create a fun and creative workout. We finish the workout with Yoga and Pilate moves. Available to all abilities. Monday 6.30pm Circuit Training (All Abilities) *
Aerobic and Strength conditioning combined, Circuits uses Kettlebells, Dumbells, Swiss Balls, Medicine Balls and Step Boxes to give you an all over Body Workout. This high impact exercise class will help to improve the fitness of all, from the not so fit through to the very fit. This is also a great out of season training for sports people.. Monday 7.30pm Pole Fit (Pole dancing for Fitness) - Not Running at the moment
Don't let the image of strip clubs put you off this extremely fun and beneficial
exercise. Pole dancing fitness is the buzz word around the fitness industry.
As long as you have a good sense of humour and you want to get fit
and tone up then this could be the perfect exercise for you. A fantastics fitness workout

Tuesdays 9.30am Pilates
Pilates is a movement technique which can be taught for strength
work or relaxation. It creates awareness bringing harmony throughout the whole body.

WHAT IS VIPR?It may look like a humble rubber tube but Vipr (Viper) is an extremely effective training tool. Seen on the programme 'Biggest Loser' Davina McColl is seen being pushed to her limits with Vipr. A great all round workout, particularly for your waist, thighs, Butt and raising your heart rate at the same time.

Using martial arts and Kick boxing moves and set to music this is a must for stress busting, burning fat, toning and shaping the legs, tummy and butt. A kettle bell is a metal ball of various weights attached to a handle.The training idea behind such an item is that it can be swung and lifted with correct form to create a real strength and cardio booster. MG Boot camp is an outdoor military style exercise class, so come rain or shine this class will push the most competitive of exercisers. However it's fun and open to all abilities to start and progress over the weeks. Great for weight loss and for those wanting out of season training. Price: £5 for classes with the star * (prices vary for other classes, please contact the instructor for details)
