SUMMER SOS
In a panic about baring your body this summer ?
There are loads of ways you can burn off calories and lose a few extra inches before it's time to hit the beach. Here's just a few:…
• Travel to work by bus and get off a couple of stops earlier and walk the extra distance.
• If you really want to burn some calories, find a willing partner and get stuck into a game of squash, an hour playing squash can burn upto 800 calories and will firm up your thighs and bottom in no time.
• Stop using lifts, it's a great work-out for those legs climbing stairs and it's free.
• Clean the house, cleaning and polishing can burn upto 250 calories an hour.
• Instead of sitting around in the office during lunch, why not join a gym, go for a swim and relax in the steam room before returning back to the office invigorated.
• Get out in the garden as much as you can, all that weed pulling and digging can burn up to 300 calories an hour.
Power up your sperm, fight depression and beat germs with a bowl of berries.
Get all this in one amazing health kick blast. A delicious smoothie drink that is an excellent source of vitamins C, B1, B2 and B6, folic acid, copper, potassium, zinc, magnesium and phosphorus and provides a useful amount of iron and calcium. It's a great anti-oxidant and re-hydrating drink
