Soya milk has more health benefits than you can imagine.
With more and more people choosing to cut down on dairy, soya is fast becoming a popular alternative.

Whether you're vegetarian, Vegan, lactose-intolerant or simply want to remove dairy from your diet, soya is now proven to be an extraordinarily healthy option.

•  It lowers Cholesterol and is low in saturated fat.

•  It's packed with omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids

•  Contains the same amount of protein as normal milk. Some have calcium added.

•  It's a good source of soluble fibre.

Weight Problem
Sorry to keep banging-on about weight, but it's still the major issue for the health of the country.

Unhealthy school dinners, aggressive junk food advertising campaigns, car culture, the rise in convenience foods. Computer games and dangerous streets have all been cited as a contributory factor to the nation's obesity crisis. We've never seen anything like the coming together of the technological, electronic, television revolution and the rise in highly available, highly calorific and very cheap foods. It's easy now to get into a vicious cycle of inactivity, sloth and weight gain. For instance, as soon as you start to gain a load of weight it's all the more difficult to get up the stairs. Then, as you start to become a little less fit, you resist doing those things which will help you not become overweight in the first place

3 simple bits of advice:-

•  Stop crash dieting. Your messing with your metabolism, so make a food diary, look back at it over the week and take out foods that are high in refined sugar, high in saturated fats and cut down on the alcohol. Sit down to eat and eat slowly. Drink plenty of fresh water.

•  Become more active. Rely on footwork more, leave the car at home when possible. Join a Gym, an exercise class or start up a sport, there's load of things to do in and around Diss.

•  Change your negative thoughts that healthy eating and exercise are evil; as these negative thoughts will not get you slim. Instead focus on how a nutritious eating plan and regular exercise makes you feel that you have more energy, your skin glows and your eyes sparkle.

Simple bits of advise that really works. With winter around the corner, why not join a gym, it's a cheap and rewarding way to spend the winter evenings instead of being in front of the TV and set your goal sights on Christmas.
