They love running, they love jumping, they love eating! Today’s children are growing-outwards, not upwards.
People forget that children have a natural curiosity and imaginations that need to grow. How can this be developed if they are given no room to explore their abilities.
Fear of damaging bones, stunting growth and children not getting the benefits of traditional play have all been used as reasons for not doing anything new. Health clubs are realising this and are starting to become more family orientated. Clubs are no longer child free zones and kid’s facilities are almost a common place.
