BIKINI’S AT THE READY

Improve and remove cellulite:- With summer almost here, it’s time to ditch those dimples with cellulite-busting solutions that get right to the root of the problem, whether it’s your diet, exercise or skin care regime.

1/ Slathering on any good moisturiser twice a day will help to plump the skin on your behind. But cellulite products have a better effect than normal moisturisers.
2/ Fill up on protein; protein contains albumin, which helps absorb excess fluid, so if water retention is part of your problem this may help. Eat Fish, Poultry, beans and pulses or Tofu.
3/ Drink six to eight glasses of fresh water a day to help flush out excess sodium that causes water retention.
4/ Eat foods that are rich in essential fatty acids that can help fight cellulite. Swap butter for olive, flaxseeds or walnut oil, eat nuts and seeds regularly and oily fish.
5/ Quit smoking, If you smoke your cutting off your skin’s food supply and flooding your body with toxins, which have a detrimental effect on the elasticity of your skin’s collagen.
6/ move your body. At least 3 times a week a study has shown that cellulite improved in 70% of women after eight weeks of combining aerobic exercise with weight training and stretching. When you build muscle, you boost your skin’s collagen and elastin fibres, lifting the skin.

LOSE HALF A STONE IN 4 WEEKS

BREAKFAST:
Boiled egg or a bowl of oatmeal porridge cooked with soya milk; fresh non acidic fruits (such as grapes and cherries)
LUNCH:
A skinless chicken breast with 3tbsp pasta, plus steamed vegetables
DINNER:
Grilled cod steak (or any fresh fish), one medium potato, dressing-free salad.
DRINKS:
Min 2 ltr of fresh water per day and Herbal teas.
SNACKS:
Fruit (non acidic)

Now the evening are staying lighter for longer, enjoy what the countryside has to offer and go for a long walk, Min 40mins 3 times a week. Or if you feel more energetic use the gym or sign-up to an exercise class to speed up the process.
